Recently, the Kisumu Anderson Housing Project in Kenya, undertaken by COVEC East Africa Company, achieved significant progress: Phase I successfully attained main structure topping-out, while Phase II was awarded the construction contract. Located in the central core of Kisumu (Kenya’s third-largest city), the Anderson Housing Project spans a total construction area of 48,000 sq m. It comprises seven 16-story residential buildings alongside ancillary facilities including retail spaces, a kindergarten, and parking structures, standing as the largest residential development project currently in the local market.
