On July 10^th-11th local time, Edgard Moukoumbi, Gabon's Minister of Public Works, led a delegation on an inspection tour of the Ndende-Tchibanga and Tchibanga-Mayumba Highway Project (referred to as the Ndende-Mayumba Highway Project), constructed by COVEC Central Africa Company.

At the site, Minister Edgar conducted an in-depth review of the project's progress and construction quality. He expressed full satisfaction with the project's overall image, engineering advancement, and on-site management. He pointed out that although the project is currently suspended due to unforeseen circumstances, COVEC Central Africa Company has demonstrated its adherence to contract spirit and exceptional ability to fulfill commitments. The company has made every effort to maintain the minimum capacity operations of the project's aggregate production plant, fully showcasing the outstanding contract performance capabilities and strong sense of responsibility of the Chinese enterprise. Minister Edgar also stated that he would actively coordinate with relevant departments to promote the resolution of issues affecting construction, ensuring the smooth resumption of the project.
