To help new employees quickly integrate into the COVEC family and embody the company's corporate culture, COVEC organized the 2025 New Employee Induction Training at its headquarters from July 19 to 25.
During the one-week training, a "three-in-one" diversified model—combining on-site lectures, video learning, and visits/team-building activities—was adopted. Covering professional courses such as company development history, management systems, and international engineering project management, as well as topics like mass organization work, clean practice, safety and confidentiality, and team-building exercises, the training enabled new employees to gain a deeper understanding of the company and their future roles.

At the graduation ceremony of the orientation training, Wang Kun, General Manager of COVEC, encouraged new employees to keep the big picture in mind and courageously shoulder their missions. Yang Dejia, Chairperson of the COVEC Trade Union, urged the new recruits to remember their original aspirations and missions, and grow into backbone talents across various business fields as soon as possible.
