On the afternoon of May 16 local time, COVEC Central and Eastern Europe Company held the signing ceremony about the design, construction and financing of the first section of the Brziko-Belina Expressway in Banja Luka, the capital of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the Ministry of Transport of the country.  This is the first project memorandum of understanding signed by COVEC and a local government authority,which marks the formal cooperation intention between the two parties on the project, which is of great significance to promote the implementation of the project.
