On the afternoon of 31st March, Li Hong, Managing Director of COVEC, met with Xu Kunjia,  Chairman of the board of directors of China Railway Research Institute Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "China Railway Research Institute") at Beijing headquarters.
