On March 23rd, the third Economic and Trade Cooperation Committee between China and Mauritania was held in Nouakchott, Mauritania. COVEC Mauritania attended the conference and series activities as representative of Chinese enterprises in Mauritania.
On the morning of the 23rd, Cun Jinhua, the general manager of COVEC Mauritania, gave a report on business operation on behalf of COVEC, especially focusing on delta highway project Bid III.
On the afternoon of March 23, the third Economic and Trade Cooperation Committee between China and Mauritania was held at the Mauritania International Convention Center. Relevant Mauritania department officials, led by Minister of Economy and Finance attended the conference. Chinese Vice Minister of Commerce Qian Keming, Chinese ambassador, commercial counselor in Mauritania and 24 Chinese enterprise representatives including COVEC Mauritania attended the conference. China and Mauritania signed 4 aids and cooperation projects including medical treatment and health care after the conference.
COVEC Mauritania will take full advantage of this opportunity and actively communicate with our employer to incorporate delta highway project bid III into Mauritanian government priority list. Meanwhile, COVEC Mauritania will sign the business contract as soon as possible so that Mauritania can submit documents of loan application at its earliest convenience. Such progress will lay a solid foundation for the promotion and implementation of the project.
