On July 5th, 2017, Polish National Expressway Administration confirmed by e-mail that all settlement payment of Poland A2 Expressway Project was received and all litigation against the Joint Venture for Poland A2 Expressway Project were withdrew under the settlement agreement, which marks the amicable settlement of the six-year long contract dispute on Poland A2 Expressway Project and a fresh start for COVEC’s investment and construction in Poland.
