| Mr. XIANG Xiaokai, Party Secretary was on a business tour in Namibia and South Africa on the invitation of Ministry of Commerce of China, in which Mr. JIA Qingling, Chairman of China’s People’s Political Consultative Conference was the head of the delegation. He, out of the busy schedule, visited the construction site as well. |
