| Successful Closing of the Staff Congress and the 2010 Annual Conference |

| The first session of the Staff Congress and the 2010 Annual Conference were brought to an end with success on February 4th. All the leadership was present on the closing ceremony including Mr. FANG Yuanming, Mr. XIANG Xiaokai, Mr. LIU Yuchun, Mr. WEI Zhenguo, Mr. SHI Ping, Mr. ZHAO Xiang, Mr. WANG Hecai, Mr. FENG Deming, Mr. ZHAO Chaoying and Mr. BI Yanchun.The closing remarks were made by Mr. FANG. Moreover, Mr. WANG elaborated on the upcoming Interim Procedures on Performance Evaluation. Financing and auditing training were conducted by professionals from Deloitte.Excellent Employees and departments were honored with compliments from year 2009. Mr. FANG also made his instructions in terms of human resource shortage by learning from Mali project model, in order for a more scientific development of the whole company. At last, he wished everyone a very Happy Chinese New Year both home and abroad. |
